HaemilSoft Co., Ltd. completes development of the ENERBOT energy platform
HaemilSoft Co., Ltd. has completed development of the ENERBOT energy platform, which brings together everything from field equipment at the power plant to the control screen.
Drawing on field experience from building EMS for ESS plants, we redesigned data collection, decision-making, control and monitoring from the ground up. On top of the ENERBOT V3.0 engine developed in May 2024, ESS, solar, integrated control and the field RTU now run as one.
One platform, four modules
- ESS EMS — time-based charge/discharge schedules, per-plant power and SOC limits, and partial-fault operation that keeps running by taking only the faulty unit out when there are several PCS
- PV monitoring — finds inverters that are «low on their own» under the same sunlight and broken strings, and calculates performance against weather-station irradiance (PR)
- Integrated control — see hundreds of plants on one screen; when charging or discharging stops abnormally, the operator’s phone is alerted at once (web push, no app install)
- Field RTU — our own collector on an industrial PC talks directly to field equipment and recovers by itself after power outages
If unsure, stop
ENERBOT’s first principle is «stop when it cannot be confirmed». If communication drops or settings cannot be read, it halts charging and discharging; if battery room temperature or humidity goes out of range, it stops operation. On fire equipment faults or fire detection, it stops in the order «PCS 0 kW → verify current → open battery relays».
Fast control
Batteries and PCS are polled every 0.2 seconds. When a passing cloud changes PV output, the charge command follows within 0.4 seconds, preventing the battery from being charged with power drawn from the grid.
Next steps
HaemilSoft Co., Ltd. plans to add VPP (virtual power plant), peak-cut, FEMS/BEMS and power trading solutions on top of ENERBOT, one after another. For adoption or replacement inquiries, please contact us.
